Veracruz, Ver., 04 de octubre de 2016.- El Fiscal General del Estado, Luis Ángel Bravo Contreras, se reunió la tarde de este martes con familiares de jóvenes desaparecidos en esta ciudad, a quienes dio información sobre la indagatoria y con quienes se trabaja de manera coordinada.
Con base en la investigación, se ha descartado ya la hipótesis de un secuestro, al no existir, desde la fecha en que ocurrieron los hechos, una exigencia de rescate a cambio de su libertad.
Asimismo, y de acuerdo con los indicios localizados, el Fiscal Investigador hará el desglose correspondiente a la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) por existir elementos posiblemente vinculados con delincuencia organizada.
El pasado sábado 01 de octubre fue abierta, en Boca del Río, la carpeta de investigación por la desaparición de tres personas jóvenes de identidad resguardada, una de sexo femenino y dos de sexo masculino, hechos que ocurrieron el jueves 29 de septiembre, fecha en que los familiares dejaron de tener contacto con ellos.
Desde el primer momento en que se tuvo conocimiento, se activaron los protocolos de búsqueda y localización, en los que se incluye la colaboración de todas las fuerzas que conforman la Operación Coordinada Veracruz Seguro, entre éstas Policía Naval, Ejército Mexicano y la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública.
De forma paralela, en Veracruz se inició otra carpeta de investigación por la desaparición de otro joven de sexo masculino, por hechos ocurridos el 29 de septiembre, por lo que se activaron también los mismos protocolos.
Ambas indagatorias son integradas por los fiscales investigadores, con los diferentes datos de prueba aportados por los policías ministeriales y peritos, y no serán concluidas hasta su total esclarecimiento.
