Niega el gobierno de Cuba la entrada al expresidente Felipe Calderón

Ciudad de México, 21 de febrero de 2017.- El gobierno de Cuba negó la entrada al expresidente de México Felipe Calderón Hinojosa, listo para viajar a La Habana la mañana de este martes en el vuelo AM451 de Aeroméxico para asistir el miércoles 22 a la entrega del premio “Oswaldo Payá Libertad y Vida” al secretario de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA), Luis Almagro, y a Mariana Aylwin, hija del ex presidente chileno Patricio Aylwin.

Calderón Hinojosa se convirtió en el primer expresidente mexicano al que se niega la entrada a la isla caribeña.

Fue el propio ex mandatario quien denunció la negativa del gobierno cubano a su entrada a la isla, de la que tuvo conocimiento por empleados de Aeroméxico en el aeropuerto internacional de la Ciudad de México.

“AMX: Nos informa Inmigración de Cuba que pasajero FCH no está autorizado para entrar a Cuba y solicita que no sea documentado en vuelo AM451”, tuiteó Calderón Hinojosa.

Ante el incidente, el secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Luis Videgaray Caso, escribió en su cuenta de Twitter @LVidegaray: “La presencia de @FelipeCalderon en Cuba no representa ninguna afectación para el pueblo y gobierno cubanos. Lamentamos la decisión”.

Luego de agradecer el mensaje del canciller, en entrevista radiofónica el exmandatario recordó que durante su gobierno trabajó por mejorar las relaciones diplomáticas con Cuba y que con la denuncia del rechazo del gobierno de Cuba a recibirlo “no pido consuelo, ni conmiseración; no la necesito, ni la busco, ni la acepto”, según dijo al periodista Joaquín López Dóriga.

En cambio, alertó sobre la posibilidad de que el incidente sea parte de una ola de represión por parte del gobierno cubano que toque a Rosa María Payá, hija del activista Oswaldo Payá, muerto oficialmente “en un accidente” en 2012 y quien fundó el Movimiento Cristiano Liberación y promovió el Proyecto Varela, consistente en la recolección de firmas para efectuar un referendo en la Isla que abriera las puertas de la democracia.

“Lo preocupante es la situación de los cubanos allá”, enfatizó Calderón Hinojosa.

El gobierno de cuba también negó la entrada a la chilena Mariana Aylwin quien recibiría el permio “Oswaldo Payá Libertad y Vida” a nombre de su padre, en reconocimiento a su defensa de valores democráticos.

En redes sociales se documentan diversas acciones de gobierno de Cuba en contra de los invitados a la premiación prevista a efectuase mañana en el domicilio número 221, de la Calle Peñón entre Ayuntamiento y Monasterio, en el capitalino municipio El Cerro.
La propia Rosa María Payá escribió en Twitter @RosaMariaPaya: “Si dejo de publicar en Twitter hoy, es que fui arrestada arbitrariamente por los agentes de esta tiranía cubana que ningún cubano eligió”.
