Xalapa, Ver., 28 de febrero de 2017.- Previo a la sesión del congreso local, el diputado del Movimiento de Regeneración Nacional, Amado Jesús Cruz Malpica, dijo que no autorizarían un decreto que calificaron “sin fin ni fines”, porque permitiría el ejecutivo estatal endeudar cuantas veces decida.
“Tampoco dice de qué forma se utilizaría y de qué manera se haría uso de los recursos que pudieran generarse de liquidez por la reestructuración de la deuda en el corto plazo, en los próximos dos años”.
Añadió que lo que si tienen es un choque frontal contra un artículo transitorio que dice que el Ejecutivo Estatal desde diciembre y por los siguientes 90 días, presentaría un balance al Legislativo de cómo está la administración pública estatal y una reestructuración presupuestaria, que consideran que representaría más deuda para los veracruzanos, una postura que no avalaría el grupo legislativo de Morena.
Por su parte, la diputada de Morena, Rocío Pérez, mencionó que quieren denunciar los dictámenes que la reestructura de la deuda representa, además de que pasa por alto varios artículos de la ley de disciplina financiera que excluyen el monto, plazo y perfil las amortizaciones que se usarán como garantía.
Agregó que el articulo 78, en el que menciona que se debe especificar el tipo de obligación, el fin, destino acreedor e importe total, tazas de interés, entre otros requisitos que ocupan su atención; afirman que esto les hace sospechar que alguien le quiere dar un cheque en blanco al gobernador.
“Morena, la fracción, no va a aprobar reestructuraciones que signifiquen más deuda para el estado de Veracruz, recordemos que también hace 4 meses el gobernador dijo que no endeudará a Veracruz y esto contradice todo lo que desde un principio se había enunciado, tanto en su campaña política, como en meses pasados”, sostuvo.
