Xalapa, Ver.- La presidenta del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF), Leticia Márquez de Yunes, entregó equipamiento para 40 Unidades Básicas de Rehabilitación, a igual número de municipios del estado, en atención a la población con capacidades diferentes.
También puso en marcha el Programa de Telemedicina en seis municipios –el DIF estatal de Veracruz es pionero- para acercar la atención especializada a la población más vulnerable; el proyecto es implementarlo en todo el territorio veracruzano.
Acompañada del director de Rehabilitación del DIF Nacional, Ricardo Camacho, Leticia Márquez de Yunes resaltó el trabajo coordinado con los tres órdenes de gobierno para brindar servicio de calidad a la población veracruzana, y manifestó que el objetivo del DIF Estatal es acercar la atención especializada a alrededor de 315 mil personas con capacidades diferentes de todo estado.
Agradeció la confianza del DIF Nacional para trabajar de la mano, a fin de hacer del Centro de Rehabilitación e Inclusión Social (CRISVER) un referente nacional e internacional por los servicios que presta.
En el evento realizado en el CRISVER, ante alcaldes y directores de DIF municipales, se signó el convenio de entrega de equipo a 40 municipios veracruzanos.
Por su parte, Ricardo Camacho Sancifrián destacó la visión del Gobierno del Estado que en tan sólo dos meses de la actual administración avanza en la atención a la población vulnerable y hoy el Sistema Nacional vuelve a trabajar en Veracruz.
Posterior a la entrega del equipo, la Presidenta del DIF Estatal, Leticia Márquez de Yunes, realizó un recorrido por las áreas del CRISVER que atiende diariamente a un promedio de 500 a 700 personas, no sólo de la entidad, sino de otros estados de la República.
