Xalapa, Ver., 17 de noviembre de 2016.- En hacer cumplir la Ley se encuentra una de las bases elementales de la existencia del Estado como organización política, aseveró el Gobernador Flavino Ríos Alvarado al asistir al VI Informe de Actividades del Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado (TSJEV).
Al acompañar al magistrado presidente Alberto Sosa Hernández, el mandatario subrayó que la certeza jurídica es parte fundamental para la gobernabilidad y para la paz social, “ustedes representan una larga tradición de juristas con honor, probidad, pero como siempre, con amor a Veracruz”.
En el interior del auditorio del Poder Judicial del Estado, manifestó que con este informe de actividades se da cuenta de que el TSJEV hace frente al alto encargo encomendado por los veracruzanos; “rendir cuentas es mucho más que sólo cumplir la letra de la Ley”.
Aquí, destacó que mediante este acto el Poder Judicial representa que el cumplir con responsabilidad fortalece el Estado de Derecho, “por ello, todos los veracruzanos hemos elegido hacer del cumplimiento de la Ley un escudo social, pues al fortalecer nuestras instituciones de seguridad y de justicia podremos tener mejores resultados aplicando la Ley sin miramientos”.
En presencia de los integrantes del Consejo de la Judicatura, felicitó al magistrado presidente Alberto Sosa Hernández por este VI Informe de Actividades, a quien le expresó su reconocimiento y agradecimiento en nombre del pueblo de Veracruz.
“Felicito a todos los integrantes del Poder Judicial por su papel y la enorme contribución para que en Veracruz la Ley sea siempre un instrumento de armonía. Hago patente mi reconocimiento a los magistrados, a los jueces y a todo el personal del Poder Judicial”.
Finalmente, el Gobernador llamó a los presentes a aprovechar la oportunidad histórica de fundar una sociedad más justa, “que desde el imperio del derecho forje un desempeño efectivo y real para todos los veracruzanos”.
