Pacho Viejo, Ver.- En Audiencia de Control, el Juez declaró la legalidad de la detención del ex titular de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP) de la pasada administración estatal, al ser certificada la expeditez y nula violación de los derechos humanos de Arturo “N” y al contar con la aceptación del imputado y la defensa de quien es acusado por la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) como probable responsable del delito de enriquecimiento ilícito y posteriormente, fue vinculado a proceso.
El ex servidor público fue detenido la mañana del pasado 3 de febrero, en cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensión girada en su contra por la autoridad judicial.
En el momento de su detención, le fue mostrado el ordenamiento judicial por agentes de la Policía Ministerial debidamente identificados, en estricto apego al debido proceso.
En Audiencia de Control celebrada en la misma fecha, la fiscalía estatal formuló imputación al ex servidor público, como probable responsable del citado delito y solicitó la formal vinculación a proceso, la cual fue concedida por el Juez con residencia en Pacho Viejo; así como un periodo de cuatro meses de investigación complementaria.
A su vez, como medida cautelar, al imputado le fue dictada prisión preventiva necesaria por un término de ocho meses, por lo que continuará enfrentando los efectos del proceso jurídico que se instruye en su contra, internado en el reclusorio regional.
