“Que quede muy claro: detrás de este excesivo aumento al precio de las gasolinas está la reforma fiscal impulsada por el PRI”, enfatizó el Presidente Nacional del PAN, Ricardo Anaya Cortés, al insistir en que la solución al problema que hoy vive el país es replantear los impuestos de forma responsable.
Recordó que por cada litro de gasolina, con un costo de 16 pesos en promedio, los mexicanos pagan 6 pesos de impuestos: 4 de Impuesto Especial sobre Producción y Servicios, y 2 pesos de Impuesto al Valor Agregado.
Además, dijo, el aumento a las gasolinas compromete la estabilidad de los precios de productos y servicios que son básicos para la diaria subsistencia de todos los mexicanos.
“Si antes del gasolinazo los ciudadanos ya vivían con el cinturón apretado, con esta medida recaudatoria la economía de miles de familias se acerca a un punto de quiebre”.
Explicó que para nadie es un secreto que el precio de la gasolina es el detonante para una escalada en los precios de productos y servicios de todos los niveles, sobre todo los básicos.
“La solución al gravísimo problema que ha ocasionado esta decisión es muy clara y debe aplicarse con urgencia: hay que bajar los impuestos que encarecen el precio de las gasolinas. La medida debe exigirse con firmeza pero sin violencia y sin afectar a terceros”
Ricardo Anaya llamó al resto de las fuerzas políticas a centrar el debate en el replanteamiento de la política fiscal del actual gobierno priista, la cual ha castigado a las clases medias y a los sectores productivos del país.
Por ello, los invitó a ampliar y apoyar la propuesta del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en la Cámara de Diputados, para reducir el IEPS en 50 por ciento.
Finalmente, el dirigente panista señaló que “este gobierno ha contado con más ingresos que los anteriores”.
