Xalapa, Ver., 19 de noviembre de 2016.- La titular de la Coordinación General de Comunicación Social del Gobierno de Veracruz, Irma Chesty Viveros, compareció ante la LXIV Legislatura del Estado, como parte de la Glosa del Sexto Informe de Gobierno, donde destacó el trabajo profesional del equipo humano que integra la dependencia, la cual cuenta con 184 profesionales de la información, con amplia experiencia en la materia.
“Personas entre reporteros, camarógrafos, fotógrafos, diseñadores, correctores, productores, monitoristas, publicistas, web masters y editores; gente preparada, innovadora, con amplia experiencia, que se ha actualizado para atender las demandas que exige esta nueva era de la comunicación”.
En este orden de ideas, la servidora pública fue enfática también al señalar que a la información institucional que diariamente se genera, se suma el trabajo coordinado con todas las dependencias estatales para la difusión de programas, campañas y actividades oficiales del Gobierno de Veracruz.
“Se trabaja todos los días para brindar información oportuna; no sólo de las actividades que lleva a cabo el Gobierno, sino también para difundir mensajes que permitan salvaguardar a los ciudadanos a través del Sistema de Protección Civil”.
Explicó que en la dependencia —de la cual tomó protesta el pasado 18 de octubre—, se adaptó a un entorno global y a una realidad comunicativa moderna con procesos dinámicos para la generación de información y difusión, logrando ser un puente de comunicación entre el Gobierno y la sociedad.
En ese sentido, dijo que las nuevas plataformas y Tecnologías de la Comunicación representan un espacio para la reproducción de nuestros mensajes informativos; “con esta nueva forma de comunicar, de difundir y promover, se busca acercar la información hasta el último rincón de Veracruz”.

Chesty Viveros subrayó el principal problema de la dependencia, el cual radica en la falta de pago a medios de comunicación; pero a la vez precisó que al asumir la Coordinación en la última etapa de la presente administración interina, lo hizo con la convicción de hacer bien las cosas.
“Fue un reto difícil, ante un escenario político, social y económico complejo. No vengo a cubrir a nadie; ni llego a disfrazar errores”, aseveró.
La Vocera de Gobierno del Estado dejó constancia de que desde el momento en que tomó protesta del cargo, nombrada por el Gobernador Flavino Ríos Alvarado, firmó bajo reserva de Ley las condiciones en las que recibió la dependencia.
“Ante las circunstancias que encontré en la Coordinación General de Comunicación Social y el análisis realizado de la carpeta de entrega-recepción, considero que es necesario restablecer el orden administrativo, respetando los lineamientos emitidos por la Secretaría de Finanzas y Planeación para la aplicación de recursos públicos en materia de servicios de publicidad, información, difusión y en general de las actividades de Comunicación Social”, concluyó.
