Ciudad de México, 27 de febrero de 2017.- Hacia enero de 2017, en una escala de 0 a 10, los mexicanos mayores de 18 años que viven en ciudades del país ubican el promedio de satisfacción con su vida en 7.9, mientras que en enero de 2016 dicho promedio alcanzaba un valor de 8.0 y en igual lapso de 2015 era de 8.2, de acuerdo con mediciones efectuadas por el módulo de Bienestar Autorreportado (Biare) del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi).
La medición de bienestar subjetivo que efectúa el Biare sigue lineamientos emitidos por la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE) y se realiza, mediante una entrevista, a hombres y mujeres de 32 ciudades del país (una por entidad federativa), de tal manera que el resultado es estadísticamente representativo del conjunto urbano nacional.
El Inegi informa que los mayores promedios de satisfacción (entre 8.3 y 8.5) se presentan en dominios del ámbito privado; en las relaciones personales, en la actividad u ocupación principal, en vivienda, estado de salud y logros en la vida.
En cambio, los menores promedios de satisfacción apuntan hacia la esfera pública, de tal modo que el promedio de satisfacción con la seguridad ciudadana es de 4.7; con el país, 5.5; y con su ciudad, de 6.7.
El contraste de estados anímicos positivos y negativos en una escala de -10 a +10, detalla el Inegi, retrocedió de 6.2 en enero de 2016 a 6.1 en enero de 2017.
Son los hombres quienes en conjunto muestran un retroceso en su promedio de balance, pasando de 6.4 a 6.2.
Por grupos de edad, los varones entre 30 a 44 años de edad muestran un mayor descenso, al pasar de 6.7 en enero 2016 a 6.2 en el mismo mes de 2017.
