La debacle financiera que dejó la pasada administración es tan compleja que está justificada la solicitud de 90 días más que el Ejecutivo Estatal pidió al Congreso del Estado de Veracruz para el análisis y ajuste del Presupuesto de Egresos 2017, indicó el diputado local panista, Bingen Rementería Molina.
Explicó que, si bien la recepción y revisión del presupuesto está sujeta a tiempos y formas dentro de la Constitución Política del Estado de Veracruz, los legisladores locales tienen el compromiso social y moral con sus representados de atender una petición fundamentada.
“Tenemos bien clara la división de poderes que existe entre el Legislativo y el Ejecutivo, sin embargo, hay situaciones extraordinarias que no se pueden prever. En un mes no se pude desatar el nudo de complicidades, saqueo y deudas que dejó el gobernador prófugo Javier Duarte del Ochoa”, explicó.
Manifestó que no se le puede dar la espalda al gobernador cuando lo único que busca es evitar que el próximo año los veracruzanos recientan de manera directa las consecuencias de la crisis en la que se encontraron las finanzas estatales, al proponer una restructuración de deuda pública y disminución del gasto corriente al interior del aparato estatal.
Rementería Molina comentó que la cercanía entre el Ejecutivo Estatal y los diputados locales ha sido por las vías adecuadas y las formas institucionales, “nunca antes un Gobernador tuvo tanta proximidad con el Poder Legislativo para exponer en abierto las finanzas de un Estado; un hecho que debe entenderse como una acción democrática en tiempos difíciles para Veracruz”.
