Coatzacoalcos, Ver., 20 de octubre de 2016.- En el marco de las acciones que realiza el Mando Especial Veracruz, este jueves, la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro (UECS), en coordinación con la Policía Ministerial y elementos de la Policía Federal, detuvo a Oliver “N” y Jazmín “N”, últimos dos integrantes de una banda de secuestradores a quienes se imputa la comisión de 11 secuestros.
Las fuerzas del orden cumplieron cinco órdenes de aprehensión, dos de las cuales se efectuaron mediante trabajos de inteligencia; mientras que los otros tres ordenamientos judiciales fueron cumplimentados contra Rafael “N”, Reyna Isabel “N” y Orlando “N”, detenidos el pasado 03 y 05 de octubre por elementos de la Policía Federal y actualmente sujetos a proceso penal.
Con la captura de Oliver “N” y Jazmín “N”, fue desarticulada en su totalidad esta banda, probables miembros de un grupo de la delincuencia organizada que operaba en la zona sur, especialmente en Coatzacoalcos, como consta en 10 carpetas de investigación integradas por la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) y una indagatoria de orden federal.
En su oportunidad, el pasado 05 de octubre, el comisario general de la División de Investigación de la Policía Federal, Omar García Harfuch, en compañía del titular de la FGE, Luis Ángel Bravo Contreras, dio a conocer el resultado de los trabajos de inteligencia, que permitieron realizar las primeras tres detenciones sin efectuar disparo alguno.
Explicó que los resultados de las investigaciones coordinadas entre ambas instancias, establecieron que los hoy intervenidos, encabezados por Orlando “N”, empleaban a mujeres que citaban a sus víctimas a través de redes sociales y, una vez en el lugar, eran sometidas y privadas de su libertad, y en otros casos de la vida.
