Esta mañana, el gobernador de Veracruz, Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares, habló sobre la complicada situación financiera que enfrenta el estado y de las acciones que ya se realizan para enfrentar los compromisos que le heredó la saliente administración, como la contratación de créditos para evitar que la entidad entrara en crisis.
Entrevistado por Carlos Loret y Enrique Campos, el mandatario veracruzano explicó que “el crédito autorizado es de corto plazo y se pagará a más tardar en septiembre de este año y la tasa de interés que deberá cubrirse aún está por definirse, pues lo último de ese préstamo se aplicará el 5 de enero de 2017, que terminemos de pagar sueldos, prestaciones”.
Subrayó que lo importante es que Veracruz no entró en crisis, toda vez que con ese crédito se pudo pagar a 224 mil médicos, enfermeras, maestros, policías, secretarias; es decir, a todo el personal que hace posible que el Estado funcione.
Yunes Linares también habló sobre la condonación de algunos impuestos, como el caso del derecho vehicular, rubro que en el caso de Veracruz sí se cobraba, pero no entraba el dinero a las arcas del estado.
“Decidimos subsidiarlo en un 60%, pues no se estaba pagando porque la gente no tenía dinero para cubrirlo”.
Otro impuesto que el gobernador decretó subsidiar durante los dos años de su gobierno es el de compra-venta de automóviles usados, ya que mucha gente después de adquirir su vehículo acudía a estados vecinos como Puebla o Tlaxcala a dar de alta esas unidades, lo que hacía perder el control de los autos, complicando los asuntos de seguridad.
Y añadió que el impuesto de 3% a la Nómina, que no se subsidió, sí representa un beneficio para los contribuyentes, pues se condonaron multas y recargos a partir de octubre, para iniciar el 2017 con un padrón de contribuyentes regularizado, que se tengan más ingresos, al tiempo de trabajar de manera fuerte con la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
El gobernador también fue cuestionado por los entrevistadores, sobre el caso de Javier Duarte de Ochoa, quien sigue prófugo de la justicia, tema en el que refirió que la PGR y las demás instituciones, están haciendo su labor para capturarlo.
