Tlacotalpan, Ver; febrero 2 de 2017.- Al contar con los elementos suficientes de prueba para fincar responsabilidad penal a diversas personas que el pasado 1 de febrero incumplieron la Ley de Protección a los Animales y varias disposiciones del Código Penal en el municipio de Tlacotalpan, la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), actuará en consecuencia, a fin de que se aplique todo el rigor de la justicia a los probables responsables.
Para el caso, la Fiscalía Especializada en Investigación de Delitos Ambientales y Contra los Animales, cuenta con la plena identificación de grupos civiles y de particulares que violaron los preceptos contemplados por la Ley, contra quienes ya se iniciaron Carpetas de Investigación y se procederá penalmente en las próximas horas.
El fiscal especializado, Andrés de la Parra Trujillo, puntualizó que en el operativo conjunto realizado por diversas corporaciones policiacas, fueron cumplidos los cometidos de orientación previa hacia los habitantes de esa localidad; asimismo, se logró resguardar a ocho toros que originalmente serían utilizados para ser maltratados en esa jornada, conforme al orden de la programación del evento.
“Los toros que se encontraban bajo nuestra jurisdicción no sufrieron daño alguno, como era nuestro objetivo inicial; los dos semovientes que fueron objeto de maltrato, se sustrajeron por los agresores de un inmueble contiguo al que mantuvimos resguardado, de lo cual ya se da cuenta en nuestras indagatorias”.
Finalmente, De la Parra Trujillo explicó que toda vez que la Fiscalía General del Estado no es una autoridad preventiva del delito, su actuación se sujeta a proceder una vez que se presume la comisión de algún ilícito, como es el caso de lo acontecido en Tlacotalpan, para lo cual se cuenta con testimoniales, fotografías y diversos registros de video, que aportarán valiosos datos de prueba, para fincar las responsabilidades del caso, sin distingos de ninguna índole.
