El diputado Alejandro Ojeda Anguiano (PRD), vicepresidente de la Mesa Directiva, advirtió que se avecina una “oleada privatizadora” de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), y rechazó tajante simulen desabasto de gasolina simulado para justificar alzas del precio de la gasolinas en el 2017.
En un comunicado de prensa, aseguró que el supuesto desabasto representa el límite extremo de la mal llamada Reforma Energética, pues en la historia reciente del país nunca se había presentado esta situación.
Manifestó que de continuar esta tendencia, su fracción parlamentaria PRD no descarta convocar a la movilización para frenar la depredación de la economía de la mayoría de los mexicanos, que se da a través de alzas indiscriminadas a gasolinas y, lo que es peor, el desabasto que de manera ficticia se está dando de los combustibles.
Agregó que “además de incumplir con la promesa de que con dichos cambios legislativos tendríamos combustibles baratos, ahora resulta que aquello de que no se vendería ningún tornillo de Pemex resultó falso”.
Indicó que “la empresa productiva del Estado buscará asociarse con privados para operar parte de su infraestructura, lo que significa una privatización disfrazada”.
El legislador perredista dijo que Pemex ofrecerá parte de su capacidad de almacenamiento y transporte de ductos de petrolíferos a clientes potenciales que licitarán con precio, volumen y plazo para garantizar sus necesidades comerciales.
Insistió en que, de acuerdo, a una información hecha pública, Pemex Logística ofrecerá esta disposición a privados, según para aumentar en 15 por ciento la utilización de esa infraestructura.
Comentó que con el pretexto de maximizar la rentabilidad de algunas de sus actividades,Pemex prepara alianzas con socios privados; entre las actividades que se licitarán están el almacenamiento, transporte por ductos y uso de terminales portuarias.
Consideró que esto “no es otra cosa que poner a disposición del mejor postor la infraestructura de la ex paraestatal que nos ha costado a todos los mexicanos”.
Explicó que se trata de infraestructura que tiene un mercado de petrolíferos que se estima crezca de 112 mil millones de pesos en 2016 a cerca de 182 mil millones de pesos en el 2021
