Xalapa, Ver., 23 de noviembre de 2016.- El Gobierno de Veracruz acatará de manera inmediata e institucional la Alerta de Violencia de Género contra las Mujeres (AVGM), que emitió la Secretaría de Gobernación (SEGOB), fortaleciendo así las acciones de seguridad, prevención, justicia y reparación de los derechos de mujeres y niñas a una vida libre de violencia.
“La administración estatal se ha preocupado por fortalecer la política de Estado, donde los tres órdenes de gobierno y los tres poderes son responsables de garantizar a las mujeres una vida libre de violencia”, expresó el Gobernador Flavino Ríos Alvarado.
Dicha Alerta fue declarada en los municipios de Boca del Río, Coatzacoalcos, Córdoba, Las Choapas, Martínez de la Torre, Minatitlán, Orizaba, Poza Rica, Tuxpan, Veracruz y Xalapa.
Asimismo, se detalla que se requiere de labores específicas en los municipios con población predominantemente indígena.
Con la AVGM, se deberán adoptar las acciones que sean necesarias para ejecutar las medidas de seguridad, prevención y justicia.
“Es de destacarse que los tres poderes del Estado y órdenes de gobierno han trabajado en políticas públicas transversales con perspectiva de género, en coordinación con las diferentes instancias de la administración estatal”, manifestó el mandatario.
De igual forma, consideró que esta Alerta es una oportunidad para fortalecer los derechos humanos de las mujeres veracruzanas.
El documento fue enviado este miércoles por la titular de la Comisión Nacional para Prevenir y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres (CONAVIM), Alejandra Negrete Morayta, al Gobernador Flavino Ríos.
Dentro de las medidas de seguridad a implementar una vez declarada la AVGM, se realizan acciones para la recuperación de espacio públicos y la prevención de la violencia, como patrullajes y operativos en lugares donde se tenga conocimiento fundado de conductas violentas o delitos contra las mujeres, además de aplicar las sanciones correspondientes.
