Xalapa, Ver.- En días pasados el empresario Carlos Mimenza Novelo dio a conocer, en el programa “Contraportada” de Radio Fórmula, que conduce el periodista Carlos Loret de Mola, que este martes 21 de febrero interpondrá ante la Procuraduría General de la República, denuncias en contra de los ex gobernadores de Veracruz, Javier Duarte de Ochoa y de Quintana Roo, Roberto Borge Angulo, por desviar muchos millones de pesos para empresas de las que ambos ex mandatarios eran socios.
En la charla telefónica que sostuvo Mimenza con Loret, el empresario menciona que “gran parte del gobierno Roberto Borge estuvo involucrado en un megafraude, en contubernio con Javier Duarte de Veracruz, pues tenían sociedades en común, a través de la “Integradora Ruiz Anitúa” (Grupo Intra), en el que tienen más de 40 empresas como socios.
Grupo Intra pertenece a los hermanos Francisco Ruiz Anitúa, quien es compadre de Roberto Borge y Javier Ruiz Anitúa, que es compadre de Javier Duarte, según lo dicho por Mimenza.
“Los hermanos Ruiz Anitúa se beneficiaron a través de una de sus filiales, el Grupo Desarrollador Rumega SA de CV, con contratos millonarios, pues a dos meses de entrar Roberto Borge, en los primeros nueve meses de su mandato le entregó más de 80 millones de pesos en diferentes contratos a Rumega SA de CV, que tiene sus oficinas en una casa de interés social semi abandonada en Chetumal y que está constituida por sólo tres empleados”.
El empresario dijo que las pruebas de corrupción están por todas partes en Quintana Roo, en Veracruz, “las tenemos nosotros, pero lo más triste es que las tiene también el gobierno federal, las tiene la PGR y nadie esta haciendo algo por encarcelar, por frenar la impunidad en el estado”.
Mimenza Novelo dijo “yo puedo entregar todas las pruebas que incriminan a Roberto Borge y a Javier Duarte; no sólo estoy hablando de ellos dos, voy a meter a la cárcel a todos los que han traicionado a Quintana Roo y a la patria de México, porque lo que hicieron esos personajes no tiene nombre y la tibieza con que está actuando el gobierno federal para encarcelar a todos esos traicioneros del pueblo tampoco tiene nombre”.
Incluso dijo que se le hace una burla decir que Javier Duarte tiene una orden de aprehensión, “estamos hablando de muchos nombres de la sociedad de Veracruz, incluso de gente de Monterrey, obviamente de Quintana Roo, que deberían ir a la cárcel”.
