Veracruz, Veracruz. Miércoles 08 de febrero 2017.- De la bodega de desechos del Mercado de Pescadería del puerto de Veracruz emanan fétidos olores debido a la falta de un sistema de refrigeración, reconocieron los locatarios del inmueble.
Los afectados hicieron un llamado a las autoridades municipales para poder encontrar alternativas que ayuden a solventar esta problemática, pues señalan que genera una imagen negativa del mercado. Además, la basura acumulada en esta bodega genera olores desagradables.
Se trata de espacio para el almacenamiento de los desechos del Mercado de Pescadería de la ciudad de Veracruz, ubicada a un costado de la zona portuaria.
A decir de Rubén Vázquez, locatario del inmueble, el problema se origina ante la falta de un eficiente sistema de refrigeración, pues el que existe no se da abasto.
“Le pusieron una máquina de tres caballos (de fuerza), entonces la basura genera mucho calor, ya ves que sale bióxido de carbono, un gas que suelta, entonces es insuficiente porque la máquina es muy chica y necesita una más fuerte para enfriar”, refirió.
La humedad, la carne en descomposición de los restos de pescados y el resto de desechos han generado esta problemática.
Genaro Vázquez, otro de los comerciantes, manifestó que una de las alternativas es la adquisición de una unidad de carga pesada que constantemente realice las labores de limpieza.
“En dado caso comprarnos un camión de volteo en todo el grupo y que nos esté dando mantenimiento para ir a tirarla, es la opción porque así puede ir en la mañana, puede ir en la tarde y tres veces ir a tirar la basura”, propuso el locatario.
En este lugar, el camión de la basura pasa una vez al día, entre 11:00 y 13:00 horas.
El Mercado de Pescadería es una instalación ubicada sobre el Boulevard Fidel Velázquez, en la salida norte de la ciudad, y ofrece sus servicios desde hace 10 años.
