Xalapa, Ver.- A partir del lunes 30 de enero permanecerá cerrada a la circulación vehicular la calle Primo Verdad, en la Zona Centro, derivado del inicio de las obras de rehabilitación integral, por lo que se recomienda a la ciudanía tomar rutas alternas.
Si viene circulando por Zaragoza y quiere ir a Enríquez, es preferible girar en Leandro Valle. En el caso de que vaya de Zaragoza o Nicolás Bravo a la primera parte de Enríquez o Carrillo Puerto, deberá continuar por Zaragoza hacia José María Mata y doblar a la izquierda en Bremont, continuar por Manuel Doblado y girar a la izquierda en Santos Degollado.
A partir de ahí, podrá incorporarse a izquierda a Murillo Vidal y continuar por Gutiérrez Zamora, hasta llegar a Enríquez. En caso de ir a Carrillo Puerto, deberá de girar a la derecha en Juan Soto e incorporarse a Xalapeños Ilustres.
Las rutas del transporte público que pasaban por Primo Verdad, deberán continuar por Hidalgo hacia el Parque de Los Berros y doblar a la izquierda por Salvador Díaz Mirón hacia Diego Leño y Santos Degollado.
Cabe señalar que se estará trabajando en coordinación con Tránsito del Estado para orientar a los conductores y agilizar la movilidad en la zona.
La reconstrucción de Primo Verdad forma parte del programa de regeneración del Centro Histórico, en el que se inscriben importantes trabajos como la rehabilitación de Zaragoza, del Museo Casa de Xalapa, el Centro Recreativo Xalapeño, el Teatro J. J. Herrera y la rehabilitación de diversos parques y plazoletas, entre otras.
La obra que llevará a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Xalapa mantendrá las mismas características que la calle Zaragoza, para dar una imagen unificada y renovada al primer cuadro de la ciudad, así como seguir privilegiando al peatón, particularmente a las personas que tienen algún problema de movilidad.
Además de realizarse la pavimentación con concreto hidráulico estampado, la construcción incluirá la rehabilitación de los drenajes pluvial y sanitario, para garantizar su duración.
