Veracruz, Ver., 17 de enero de 2017.- Por los delitos de terrorismo en contra de la seguridad del Estado y robo agravado cometido en contra del patrimonio de una empresa comercial, la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), a través de la delegación Centro-Veracruz de la Policía Ministerial detuvo a una docente que participó en los hechos violentos cometidos el pasado 4 de enero del presente año, en la citada ciudad.
La identificación de la hoy imputada se obtuvo como resultado del trabajo realizado por la Policía Cibernética, a través del seguimiento que dio a la revisión de video filmaciones publicadas en redes sociales y de un trabajo de identificación pericial, a través de comparación de registro de perfiles, lo que aportó elementos y datos de prueba, cuyo valor probatorio fue avalado por el Juez, al emitir el respectivo mandato judicial.
Así, en cumplimiento de una orden de aprehensión girada por el Juez de Control con residencia en el distrito judicial de Veracruz, emanada del Proceso Penal 18/2017, la docente identificada como D.V.H., fue aprehendida formalmente, toda vez que desde el inicio de la actuación ministerial integrada en su contra, el fiscal investigador solicitó al Juez la aplicación de la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva, dada la gravedad de la acusación que existe en su contra.
Luego de dar lectura a la cartilla de derechos que le confiere la Ley, la imputada fue puesta a disposición de la autoridad judicial que la reclama, con estricto apego al Debido Proceso.
En el estado, la FGE ejercerá acción penal derivada de las actuaciones dolosas y de gravedad que afectaron la integridad y el patrimonio de veracruzanos, contra todos los participantes, para lo cual se integran expedientes sólidos, basados en pruebas fehacientes.
