Xalapa, Ver., 13 de octubre de 2016.- La Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), a través de la Policía Ministerial, detuvo a Luis “N”, imputado por el homicidio de un estudiante de la Universidad Veracruzana (UV) en mayo pasado.
La investigación realizada por los agentes ministeriales dio como resultado la identificación, ubicación y posterior detención de Luis “N”, de 20 años de edad, quien se encuentra sujeto a los efectos del Proceso Penal 154/2016, imputado de los delitos de homicidio doloso calificado cometido en agravio de la víctima identificada con las iniciales O. S. Y.
Asimismo, al detenido se le imputa el delito de lesiones dolosas calificadas, en agravio de las víctimas identificadas como J. M. G. F., I. G. S. y R. A. G. F.
Los hechos ocurrieron el 21 de mayo de 2016, cuando jóvenes de la Facultad de Medicina de la UV se encontraban en un inmueble campestre ubicado en la localidad Briones, a un costado de la carretera Xalapa-Coatepec.
En el lugar se suscitó una riña, la que tuvo como resultado que el imputado lesionara con arma blanca a la víctima identificada como O. S. Y., quien perdió la vida cuando recibía atención médica en un centro hospitalario como consecuencia de las lesiones; en esos hechos fueron lesionadas las otras tres personas.
Desde ese momento, la FGE llevó a cabo diversas diligencias de campo y científicas, y se allegó de testimoniales que robustecieron la Carpeta de Investigación, que fue consignada ante el Juez de Control de este Distrito Judicial, quien dada la contundencia y suficiencia de los datos de prueba aportados por el Fiscal Investigador, obsequió la orden de aprehensión.
El cumplimiento del ordenamiento judicial fue realizado mediante un operativo táctico la noche del pasado 12 de octubre, en calles de la colonia Salud, de esta capital.
Al conocer sus derechos, mediante la lectura de la Cartilla efectuada por los agentes ministeriales, quienes en todo momento estuvieron plenamente identificados como dicta el debido proceso, fue internado en el reclusorio regional de Pacho Viejo, a disposición del Juez.
La Fiscalía General del Estado se mantendrá vigilante del proceso penal para que al imputado le sea impuesta una sentencia ejemplar.
