Xalapa, Ver., 05 de septiembre de 2016.- El Juez de Control dictó Auto de Vinculación a Proceso a 10 imputados por el delito de homicidio doloso calificado en agravio de ocho personas, ocurrido el pasado viernes 19 de agosto, en un paraje ubicado en el municipio de Actopan.
Con base en la contundencia y suficiencia de los datos de prueba presentadas por el Fiscal Investigador, este lunes en la audiencia de vinculación, la autoridad judicial vinculó a proceso a Gustavo “N”, Ricardo “N”, Raúl y/o Omar “N”, Luis Alberto “N”, Iván “N”, Miguel y/o Miguel Ángel “N”, José Luis “N”, Roberto “N”, Ricardo “N” y Luis Humberto “N” en el Proceso Penal 174/2016.
En un primer operativo, efectuado el sábado 21 de agosto por la Fuerza Civil de Veracruz, fueron detenidos en flagrancia Gustavo “N”, Ricardo “N”, Raúl y/o Omar “N”, Luis Alberto “N”, Iván “N”, Miguel y/o Miguel Ángel “N” y José Luis “N”, a quienes el día 26 de ese mes les fue dictada la Vinculación a Proceso por el delito de privación ilegal de la libertad física, cometido en agravio de una persona de identidad resguardada que fue rescatada.
De forma paralela y en seguimiento a la indagatoria, el Fiscal Investigador solicitó al Juez de Control la orden de aprehensión contra estos siete sujetos, así como de Roberto “N”, Ricardo “N” y Luis Humberto “N”, por del delito de homicidio calificado en agravio de ocho víctimas, misma que por la contundencia de los datos de prueba aportados en la Carpeta de Investigación, fue obsequiada por la autoridad judicial y cumplimentada por elementos de la Policía Ministerial.
Por la gravedad de los hechos que se les imputan, como medida cautelar se determinó la prisión preventiva y estas 10 personas enfrentarán su proceso internados en el reclusorio regional.
