SFP Y FCE coordinan esfuerzo para divulgar conocimiento sobre los hombres y el pensamiento que dieron origen a nuestra Norma Fundamental, a cien años de su promulgación
La Secretaría de la Función Pública (SFP), conjuntamente con el Fondo de Cultura Económica (FCE), publicó el micrositio http://constituyentes.fondodeculturaeconomica.com, para divulgar el conocimiento sobre los hombres y el pensamiento que dieron origen a la Carta Magna de 1917, con motivo del Centenario de la Promulgación de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
A través de ésta micro página, se expone que en la norma fundamental que rige la vida política, jurídica, económica y social del país, se plasma el anhelo del pueblo mexicano, el proyecto de Nación, las decisiones políticas más importantes en materia de autodeterminación y los derechos esenciales de que goza la población.
El propósito de esta herramienta es resaltar que la Constitución de 1917, además de ser el documento político más importante surgido en México durante el siglo XX, también representa el ejemplo de una buena organización política y social, que juzgó necesaria y urgente una renovación del gobierno.
Los textos que ahí se presentan, pueden ser leídos como una semblanza histórica del constitucionalismo mexicano, pero también pueden entenderse como un conjunto de textos biográficos que iluminan el contexto en el que los sentimientos patrióticos y los ideales políticos de cada uno de los 218 miembros de esa Asamblea Constituyente.
