Xalapa, Ver., 06 de septiembre de 2016.- La Auditoría Superior de la Federación (ASF) no tiene la última palabra en cuanto a las solventaciones de Veracruz, aseguró el titular de la Secretaría de Finanzas y Planeación (SEFIPLAN), Antonio Gómez Pelegrín, ya que falta ir a las instancias judiciales federales para resolver el diferendo.
El servidor público precisó que en Veracruz no hay quebranto financiero, pues sí hay recursos. “Aquí pasa lo que en todos los estados de la República, no son suficientes los recursos para la cantidad de necesidades que tenemos y eso obliga a que se programen y atiendan las cosas de diferente manera”.
Entrevistado antes de la Guardia de Honor en el parque Los Berros, con motivo de las Fiestas Patrias, explicó que la última palabra tampoco la tiene la Auditoría Superior de la Federación, porque todavía existe la posibilidad de irse a un juicio al Tribunal Federal de Procedimientos Fiscales y Administrativos para que, en un momento dado, se combatan todas las opiniones que ellos tienen.
“Esos no son asuntos totalmente concluidos. Yo insisto, nosotros hemos desahogado, hemos solventado; si para ellos no ha sido suficiente la solventación también nosotros no tenemos notificaciones por escrito formales, fundadas y motivadas por parte de ellos. Hay un diferendo que se tendrá que resolver en su momento y si, al final de cuentas ellos tienen razón, se tendrá que establecer cuáles son la responsabilidades; si la tenemos nosotros, quedaremos liberados en términos de Ley”.
En cuanto a las participaciones federales, el Secretario de Finanzas y Planeación mencionó que en función de cómo está el gasto público, no son suficientes para satisfacer los diferentes requerimientos del estado y la recaudación local ha disminuido, “porque se han perdido impuestos, por ejemplo la tenencia”.
Reiteró que antes de que concluya la presente administración se tratarán de solventar los adeudos con prestadores de servicios y la Universidad Veracruzana; “la intención es cumplir la promesa del Gobernador Javier Duarte de Ochoa.”
