Xalapa, Ver., 04 de agosto de 2016.- El Gobernador de Veracruz, Javier Duarte de Ochoa, amplió este jueves su denuncia en contra del gobernador electo, Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares, por propiedades no declaradas por más de 300 millones de pesos en un lapso de dos años y que se encuentran ubicadas en la Ciudad de México y la entidad veracruzana.
“Amplío los hechos de la denuncia para la presente Carpeta de Investigación FESP/243/2016-II, en virtud a efecto de que, de resultar comprobada la comisión de algún ilícito, se ejercite acción penal en contra de Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares y quienes resulten responsables”, detalló el mandatario.
Mediante el escrito, hizo del conocimiento de la Fiscalía General del Estado que Yunes Linares adquirió 11 inmuebles más en el Estado de Veracruz y en la Ciudad de México, a través de su hijo Omar Yunes Márquez y la empresa Praxis Long Pralo S.A. de C.V., lo cual representa un aumento desproporcionado de su patrimonio.
Algunos de los inmuebles son casas o terrenos como el del fraccionamiento Rincón del Conchal, en un predio denominado La Pichancha, del municipio de Alvarado, con una superficie de 2 mil 122 metros cuadrados, adquirido por Praxis Long Pralo S.A. de C.V., por conducto de su administrador general Miguel Ángel Yunes Márquez, con valor de varios millones de pesos.
Otro inmueble es el ubicado en la calle Horacio, con número 1119, colonia Reforma Polanco en la Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, en la Ciudad de México, con una superficie de 591 metros cuadrados, adquirido por el señor Omar Yunes Márquez, donde construyó un edificio de departamentos de varios millones de dólares americanos cada uno.
La denuncia también detalla diversas propiedades, incluidos penthouses en lujosos edificios en la Ciudad de México, adquiridas a través de empresas representadas por miembros de la familia Yunes Márquez, con valores que rebasan los 300 millones de pesos.
