La Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), a través de la Comisión Nacional de Vivienda (CONAVI) lanzó la convocatoria para participar en el Premio Nacional de Vivienda 2016.
El Premio Nacional de Vivienda va dirigido a desarrolladores y productores sociales de vivienda, así como a gobiernos estatales y municipales.
Los interesados podrán registrar sus proyectos hasta el 30 de enero de 2017 a través de la página de Internet www.gob.mx/conavi , en donde deberán llenar la Cédula de Inscripción, la cual debe ser enviada al correo electrónico: premio_2016@conavi.gob.mx o entregarla directamente en las oficinas de la CONAVI, ubicadas en avenida Presidente Masaryk número 214, Primer Piso, colonia Bosque de Chapultepec, C. P. 11580, Ciudad de México.
Las categorías donde se inscribirán los proyectos del Premio Nacional de Vivienda son:
- Vivienda de interés social. Enfocada en la vivienda con valor menor a 200 veces el salario mínimo.
- Vivienda de interés medio y residencial. Engloba a las viviendas con valor mayor a 200 veces el salario mínimo.
- Producción social de vivienda asistida en zona rural. Las viviendas en autoproducción realizadas en poblaciones de menos de 15 mil habitantes.
- Producción social de vivienda asistida en zona urbana. La autoproducción de vivienda en poblaciones mayores a 15 mil habitantes.
Cabe destacar que las viviendas deben encontrarse dentro de los Perímetros de Contención Urbana, que ayude a reducir las emisiones contaminantes al medio ambiente, tengan un adecuado diseño arquitectónico, respeten los usos y costumbres de los lugares donde fueron construidas y sean accesibles para sus habitantes.
Además, especialmente en las últimas dos categorías, se requiere que la sociedad haya influido con una participación activa y que se hayan usado materiales de la región.
También, se entregarán menciones especiales en las siguientes categorías:
- Vivienda para grupos vulnerables.
- Gestión gubernamental y vivienda.
- Reciclaje de edificios.
- Reconstrucción.
- Vivienda en renta.
- Mejoramiento de unidades habitacionales.
- Diseño arquitectónico de la vivienda social.
- Proyectos de vivienda con enfoque de género.
