Derivado del hallazgo de restos humanos pertenecientes a cuatro cuerpos, que fueron encontrados en el interior de bolsas plásticas depositadas en un paraje de la ciudad de Santiago Tuxtla y en el interior de un vehículo automotor, la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) dio inicio a la integración de una Carpeta de Investigación, cuyos resultados fortalecerán el esclarecimiento de hechos y robustecerán la probable culpabilidad de dos personas detenidas en flagrancia.
Con base en el análisis efectuado por personal de la Dirección de Servicios Periciales, el resultado de ambos hallazgos arrojan el depósito de tres cadáveres y una extremidad superior perteneciente a una cuarta persona.
El primer hallazgo fue realizado el pasado 5 de febrero del año en curso, en la orilla de la carretera que conduce de Santiago Tuxtla a San Andrés Tuxtla, a la altura de un negocio dedicado a la manufactura y venta de alimentos; en tanto que, el segundo se realizó la mañana del siguiente día, en el interior de un vehículo automotor ubicado en el paraje conocido como Dos Caminos, municipio de Santiago Tuxtla.
Como resultado de una inspección ocular realizado a los cuerpos pertenecientes al sexo masculino, que develó la probable edad y características corpóreas de los hoy occisos, se descarta que pertenezcan a la milicia, institución naval y/o policiaca alguna.
Expertos forenses realizan en la sede central ubicada en Xalapa, los experticios y pruebas periciales odontológicas y exámenes de genética; así como el cruce de información que dará lugar a la identificación y reconocimiento de los cuerpos; así como al dictamen pericial que robustecerá la correspondiente indagatoria.
A su vez, detectives de la Policía Ministerial realizan las correspondientes investigaciones de campo y diligencias que arrojarán resultado sobre el modus operandi empleado por los responsables; así como las identidades de dos personas intervenidas en el interior del vehículo donde eran transportados los restos del segundo hallazgo, quienes son sujetos del debido proceso ante las autoridades.
La FGE cumple con el compromiso de mantener debidamente informada a la opinión pública, aportando datos precisos que no dan lugar a la especulación y acusan la transparencia de las actuaciones ministeriales.
